Bill is an award-winning builder and principle of Celebration Green Design & Build with over 40 yrs. experience in building and real estate development. He is recognized as a builder who has always pushed the envelope on energy efficiency and incorporates the latest technological innovations in building practices and products. As a Passive House and Zero Energy specialist, Bill helps his clients realize their vision for high-performance and sustainability during the project planning and design phase and by staying involved throughout the build process to ensure that project goals are met.
Additionally, Bill has personally been involved in the development of over 50 communities from the beginning stages of evaluating “raw dirt” thru all phases of building including site analysis, engineering, infrastructure (roads, drainage, etc.) and gaining approvals thru the town and various agencies. Because of his experience, Bill is able to evaluate the suitability of building lots for clients, relative to their project goals and budget.
Finally, it’s unusual to find a developer and builder with advanced technical prowess and “boots on the dirt” experience who also has an eye for design aesthetics, but that is the case with Bill. The “left brain, right brain” sensibility he brings to each and every project is not surprising, since he majored in Geology with a concentration in Fine Arts. He is constantly creating!
