Developed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in 1995 as the first nationwide energy-efficiency initiative, this program has grown substantially throughout the country. Celebration Contracting has built over 40 homes that meet or exceed the standards of the program.

Homes that earn the EPA’s Energy Star label use 15-30% less energy than a typical new home, save thousands of dollars annually, and deliver better comfort, quality and durability.
To this day, 100% of the construction we undertake exceeds the State’s building code and is in accordance with the latest, most stringent Energy Star version 3.0 requirements.
